It’s really simple to get started on your coaching journey!
We’ll start with a quick clarity call to allow us to get to know each other better. We can discuss your current circumstances and get clear on the goals you want to achieve through coaching.
After your clarity call, you’ll have the option to book a full coaching session with me. We’ll have the ability to go deep into your biggest pains and struggles and get super clear on what you really want from your life. After this session, you’ll have the option to choose either a 3-session or 10-session coaching package.

No. Therapy is often problem focused and looks into your past to resolve trauma and pain. Coaching is solution focused and uses tools to help you achieve a specific outcome. While we may discuss things in the past, it isn’t necessary for coaching to be successful.
Absolutely! Coaching is completely tailored to your unique circumstances. The goal is to help you overcome your challenges and empower you to achieve what you want. If you’re willing to commit and put the work in, then coaching will work.
All our sessions will be conducted online via Zoom. You’ll need to make sure you are comfortable with this format and are in a space where you can focus.
Of course. This is a space for you to explore yourself and we will most likely talk about difficult things together. But you can be sure that anything you share with me will not leave the room. If you have any questions about this, please ask! I want you to feel comfortable with the process.
Sessions are either weekly or bi-weekly, so the length of time we spend together will vary. Each session is 60-minutes, but it’s up to you to put the work in outside our calls. You will get out what you put into this process.
There may be suggested exercises to do outside of our time together as part of the work you need to do to achieve your goal. But ultimately, you are in charge of your results and are not required to do anything I tell you. I’m here to guide you and any suggestions I make are for your benefit, but I won’t be hovering over you to make sure you do it.
